I can’t say enough good things about this place. They gave us a deluxe suite with beautiful intricate detailed woodwork along with modern amenities. Staff was extremely courteous and friendly. The pictures on the Internet are very good, but no pictures are able to capture the actual beauty or atmosphere when you are really there inside the place. Absolutely amazing..

We were in Zermatt for two nights in summer to explore the magnificent mountains. Hotel was very centrally located, had nice rooms with great bathrooms, and the best breakfast of our trip. 5he indoor pool jets and fountains was fun along with sauna. Recommended even though it had tour groups.
