Hotel met my expectations. Room was clean and staff friendly. Rooms have been renovated but entire building just seemed a bit “tired”. Breakfast was typical hotel continental and met my needs. AC worked; bed and pillows average. Would stay again as cleanliness is important to me. Convenient to airport but otherwise not where I would normally stay. Offered shuttle which is nice but I didn’t need to use it. Had a swimming pool but I did not use.

Great location if flying into Springfield. Hotel was excellent in all areas. Had a very good night's sleep, great bed. The workers were wonderful.
