Hotel Riu Palace Punta Cana - All Inclusive

I hope you are having a pleasant week. I am writing to share some feedback regarding my family's recent stay at your resort this July 7th thru 13th. Overall, we found the property to be well-maintained, the grounds were lovely. The swimming pools were great especially the largest one. Now in July thr seaweed was an issues but I did notice the staff doing there best to manage it the best they could. I especially want to commend your staff for being wonderful; the team at the pool bar and the dining attendants were consistently attentive and professional. However, I would like to bring a few concerns to your attention. As it is currently the peak summer season, the high volume of guests has made the resort feel quite hectic. Additionally, our experience at the Italian restaurant was disappointing. My family of five found the food quality to be lacking, as several dishes appeared to be pre-cooked and reheated, resulting in a rubbery texture that was not enjoyable. Since it's a family resort, I think there should be more activities late in the night for thr adult crowd, parent's that usually cant do grown up fun and dance. The RUI party was nice but on certain nights but not too late and not every night. We appreciate the hard work of your team and hope this feedback is helpful for maintaining the high standards of your dining and guest experience.

Excelente hotel, all the service was wonderful

I love the breakfast and the lunch and dinner everyone was very helpful and attentive to my needs and my children’s.

The property was beautiful its the resort it self only catered to adults and little kids. Nothing for teenagers!! The water park was too far. The spa jacuzzi was not good at all. The pool activities were only for adults and lil ones. They don't keep on top of keeping the pool area clean. Last but not least if you're hispanic and don't speak Spanish they treat you differently!!!!!! They made me feel stupid with my broken done Puerto Rican Spanish.
