Room was great/spacious/clean - location is very easy to get around Byron.
Staff were amazing - I misplaced some jewellery during stay and the staff went out of their way to help me successfully find it - thank you so much ☺️
Highly recommend Bay Haven

Nice room and vert clean. A little on the small side though. Didn't see the hot tub that was pictured

The bed wasn’t too clean and I felt itchy. Parking was also inconvenient and if it rains, you will park in mud. Also if you booked the rooms with a bed only, there is no airflow as there is no window. Decorations of the room are nice but the room is too small and you can hear people next door.
