Forty 1 North

Flawless experience! Everything was perfect. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Forty 1 North. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The service was impeccable, the atmosphere was beautiful, and the overall experience was outstanding. It is hands down the best place to stay in Newport, Rhode Island. Highly recommended!

The fact that the hotel is on the water was the reason we picked this hotel. We had our own balcony to watch the sunset from. So that was nice. The room was clean, but had a few broken things that were a little inconvenient so we told the staff about them when we left. The bed was not comfortable though. I didn’t like that the mini fridge was the smallest fridge you can possibly buy and it was 85% full of minibar items. The counter of the wet bar was also full of minibar items. Not much counter space for the things we brought. We asked them to remove them from the room and they did with no problem. My biggest complaint was the cost of parking there. For the price of the hotel parking should be included.

Staff very attentive and the property was gorgeous and so clean. The beds were very comfortable. Perfect location.

Older hotel in need of updating. Staff not very professional.
