Lots of Damp from bathroom leaks
If your a light sleeper avoid. Trains are loud.
If in a car good luck we drove around for 45 mins give up trying to find their car park as block is in busiest part of town. Then put car back in old car park and walked

Clean and spacious; central location; free car park useful
Very noisy at night as windows not sound-proofed. Train station noise only stopped from midninght to 6am!
Car park was useful, but access to the building form the car park is not straightforward, and we had to climb 6 flights of stairs with luggage. Forgot no toiletries were provided.

Great location in the centre of Birmingham. Handy for train station, shopping centres. Lots of places to eat nearby. Spacious appartment; free car park useful. Trains didnt bother us.
The place was pretty dirty. Lots of things didnt work or were damaged throughout the apartment, which was a shame as with a good clean, some repairs/decorating, it would be such a pleasant place.
