All was exellent staff very friendly

Room clean , staff all friendly and helpful. Stayed for family wedding food very tasty.

Woman in reception wasn't very welcoming, we didn't like the bathroom in our room and asked to change we had to pay extra but got a superior room with a great view. Everything else about the hotel was fantastic and all other staff were brilliant.

The bedroom was spotlessly clean and comfortable, with a small fridge which was ideal for keeping the complimentary bottles of water, cool. We had lunch and tea in Jacks Bar and the food was of a very high standard, and reasonably priced. The staff were courteous throughout the hotel and especially Danielle, who attended to us at lunchtime. As we arrived quite early, we were delighted to be given an early check in. The views from the Hotel, over the surrounding area, are absolutely breathtaking. Finally, the breakfast was delicious with a wide choice of options. It was a nice touch that Colm served the hot items as required, ensuring that not only were they freshly cooked, but also piping hot. We would hope to return, in the near future, for possibly two nights, giving us the opportunity to explore more.
