I had an excellent stay at Hotel Krakow during a trip with my sister, and the whole experience was wonderful from beginning to end. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help, which made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay.
Our room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully presented, giving us the perfect place to relax after exploring the city. The hotel had a warm and inviting atmosphere, and every detail felt thoughtfully looked after. Staying here made our trip even more special, and I would happily recommend Hotel Krakow to anyone looking for exceptional service, comfort, and a memorable experience.

Had 5 great night's sleep. Loved the fact that there was a kettle with tea and coffee available in the rooms. Hard to find this in Spain. Staff were very helpful.
They helped us sort out the travel card for the transport into town.
Only downside was the bar shut at 10 pm
I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Poland.
