In general a very calm and pleasant hotel to stay in. Parking and location very convenient. The staff really helpful and friendly. The room pretty comfortable.
Breakfast could be better. But in general a really good place to stay at.

I did not like that. Since our first night, we have had problems with the key card. Every single time we went out of the room, we had trouble getting back in because the key card wasn't working, and it took almost 5 minutes each time to unlock the door. I talked to the front desk person, and they sent a maintenance guy to address the issue; still, we continued having the same problem every single day. I asked for a different room, but the person at the front desk told me that she was going to ask for approval, and I never heard anything from her until 2 days before we left the hotel. Another staff person offered that to me, and I think that was too late. I really did not like that the issue was never resolved. (The front desk person sent the maintenance person twice to my room to try to fix the issue)Also, the breakfast was ok, but not very good. As a matter of fact, the orange juice from the machine was pure water and not orange juice. We were very happy with the lady that keep our room very nice and clean.
