This listing is a great space for a mixed group! The beds are comfortable and the rooms are spaced out and very functional. We found everything we needed easily (plenty of towels, grill tools, yard toys!), making for a pleasant stay for the night on our way north. The yard was great for the kids to play and enjoy, and I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The house is a little stark (so much white!) but very much as pictured. One thing that I didn’t realize is that it’s across the street from the water treatment plant and right on the train tracks, which makes for a little extra noise (though not to a problematic level). It’s not the most picturesque location of the house itself, but once you’re inside you are in a little oasis and it’s lovely. Plus there’s plenty of beachy charm within walking distance.

The space is incredible. It has a retractable glass door so you can enjoy the beautiful beach side weather. The kitchen was very well equipped. We had everything we needed to make a delicious birthday dinner for my daughter.

The house is beautiful and clean. The location is great, near restaurants and beaches. The beach equipment could be upgraded, and we had some difficulty getting the dish washer to work. There were plenty of clean towels and linens. Overall it is a great place to stay.

The home was furnished nicely and met our family's needs. All rooms and bathrooms were nicely appointed. The proximity to the beach was great, and our family enjoyed the quiet location, outdoor space, and TV. Kitchen supplies and bathroom towels could use a refresh.
