Overall we had a lovely stay at the house. Communication with the host agency was absolutely wonderful - even with a hurricane coming days before arrival. There was some wear and tear in the house, and there was a leak in the ceiling in one of the downstairs masters. Chris was attentive to the problem and had someone to the property in the morning (issue occurred at 3am!). The house had plenty of room for everyone and the beds were pretty comfortable. A few more cooking utensils would have been helpful. The sofa had one arm broken, and the electric capabilities would not work, which would have been nice for relaxing on our non-park days. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

The property was okay.Just be prepared.Bring your own toilet paper.Bring your hand soap. Bath towels were limited and hard to find even though they threaten you at a high cost if any are remove. (Believe me you wouls not want those dingy ratty towels for anything except to dry your car.) The only towels there were towels that looked like they were left there by previous guests. Overall you get what you pay for!

We have stayed in championsgate a few times and we love it? The house was perfect with with plenty of room and a great outdoor area and pool!

House is just ok, we have stayed in Championsgate many times but definitely won’t return to this house, kitchen was way under stocked, be prepared to go shopping for all your basic needs because this property barely comes with enough.
