Phil and Deann’s condo was beautiful and the location was right next to the ocean. The view of the ocean was spectacular from every room! The condo was very well decorated with everything you might need! It was also very clean…which we liked! The garage underneath the building was wonderful! I definitely will look up their properties again! Ron and Dawn

This condo is exactly as described and then some! So clean and comfortable. Beautiful view from the balcony! The location was perfect for us… close enough to the downtown area with great restaurants and shops, but far enough away to feel relaxing and peaceful. The property is well cared for and the neighbors are very friendly. Host Phil is very responsive. We will definitely look into staying here again the next time we come visit family. :-)

Had no idea I would want a basement parking garage. Kept our car cool, the parking garage was sooo clean. All the people we met in the unit were so friendly. I enjoyed a book out of the library. Yes, you can’t beat the views, but those are obvious, just wanted to mention a couple things that I wouldn’t have thought about wanting, yet I enjoyed them. Very quiet too.
