We had a great time! Plenty of placing for sleeping for our large family weekend! Clean well stocked kitchen. Nice outside area for kids to play, parents visit and teens to sit in the hot tub. Plenty of parking and a couple of hookups for camp trailers for overflow. We enjoyed our extended weekend visit to Bear Lake!!!

We had 25 family members, a variety of ages, for a reunion. There was something for every age. The location was terrific- right in Garden City on a very quiet street. We could walk for groceries, and even walked the whole group a few blocks for delicious raspberry shakes. The marina was just 2 1/2 miles down the road. Great place to stay. Many thanks to our hosts James and Heather

It was a nice place for our group of 30 to stay. Plenty of room outside for kids to hang out and play and the game room kept them happy the whole time. Only down side to main house was both bathrooms at one end of the house and one you have to go through another bedroom to get to it. This place was centrally located for all our plans and we loved that is was easy to get around.

Beautiful, clean, well-stocked with all of the essentials. Our family especially loved the great game room and the backyard.
