The stay was great! The host made sure we had everything we needed. The home was clean and ready for our arrival. Would definitely look for this property on our next trip.

Riley was very communicative. House was clean and lots of space for my three kids.

This house was exactly as described on Vrbo. Our group of seven did not even use one of the bedrooms. The two floors were perfect to keep from being on top of each other all the time, however with a yard like that, one floor would have been fine. My three grandchildren ages 6 to 11 were outside playing any time we were at the house. The best part of this house for the adults on our trip was the location. We went to Carowinds on the south side of Charlotte to the huge Concord Mall on the north side and never rode more than 25 minutes with traffic. Quick and easy communication with management via text however, we had no issues to resolve. I highly recommend this property and will be renting it again as my group loved Charlotte !!

This is a nice location if you want to be close to the restaurant options, grocery store and boutique shops at Park Road Shopping Center. Also close to Uptown, Southpark And South End. House is dated (especially the bathrooms) but was still clean. Kitchen was more updated but could have been more fully stocked. (Only dinner plates, no smaller plates and also no dish or kitchen towels at all although a small amount of paper towels were provided. We also ran out the hot water a couple of times so a second hot water heater should be added to support this many bathrooms/beds. Outdoor furniture very dated and mismatched.
