The 8 bedrooms ensured plenty of “spreading out” room for our family of 12.This home was well appointed with many surprising goodies! Full coffee bar/drawer, plenty of towels and pool towels, luxury soaps and shampoos, laundry soaps for the 3 sets of washers and dryers, I could go on and on!Kai was so great to work with during booking, etc. Chris and Kate were wonderful hosts. They answered every question and returned texts very quickly. My family would stay here again!!!!We left a piece of our hearts in Kona!!

Absolutely perfect. The caretakers were phenomenal and we had an amazing stay

We had an absolutely incredible week with our family. The house is beautiful, in a lovely location, and was fully equipped. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of them! An added bonus was all of the beach and pool toys and equipment that were available for us to use. One of the nicest aspects of the house for our children and grandchildren was the ability for each family to have private areas for socialization and nap times! The on island managers, Kris and Kate, we’re so kind and accommodating. They were incredibly prompt and thorough in answering all of our questions. We could not have asked for a better vacation. And cannot wait to return to the big island. Best trip to Hawaii we have ever had!

A wonderful home for our large family gathering. Great location with so many entertainment options that everyone enjoyed endless hours in the pool, hot tub, game room, and relaxing on the patio. The kitchen and huge BBQ area made cooking fun and convenient.
