We received a very warm welcome and were given a detailed explanation of the house. The house is in a wonderfully quiet area and close to local amenities and a variety of lovely day trip destinations.

Really enjoyed our time at the villa. Katherine and her team very responsive. Two umbrellas were broken and they quickly arranged for two new ones to be delivered and installed. Pool was cleaned three times during our 10 day stay.

Location, pool, size of villa for 6 of us
The oven is rather difficult to work when the dials have no markings!

The house is well planned with three bedrooms and bathrooms and all modern facitilities. Nice and quiet environment with two shops and several restaurants within walking distance. Fifteen minutes walk (including a steep hillside, though) to downtown Carvoeiro. Nice garden and pool.
The sewage system needs to be cleaned more often. A/C out of order. The kitchen and its utensils begin to be a bit worn out.
