Relax with the whole family at this peaceful ranch house. Four bedrooms, 3 baths with outside screened seating areas. Enjoy an abundance of nature and family time. This home is a guest house for a larger property on the 650 acre ranch. Ample parking for a trailered boat to spend a day on Lake LBJ or Lake Travis. Bring your ATV and RV and explore this beautiful property. Don't forget your fishing pole to fish on the dock connected to a self contained lake. Dependent on the lake level of Lake Travis you can also kayak, paddle-board and swim. The Colorado River runs behind this home.

This place was awesome, went down to do some side x siding in the near by Offroad Park… it had plenty of place to park trailers It was a little difficult to get off the main (busy) road into the gate…. But in fairness we had a 40’ trailer… we will be delighted to go back but will pull several smaller trailer’s… I cannot say enough good things about this beautiful place

Truly an amazing experience. Nothing like 650 acres to get 4 kids off of their electric devices! We had so much fun exploring the property with our ATV. The property had everything… a small pond, cows, hills, hiking and ATV trails, amazing views, and tranquility. The guest house was super cute and had plenty of space for our family of 6. There were multiple porches with day beds for afternoon naps and reading, plenty of bathrooms and showers, and closet space galore. I slept so peacefully, and felt uncharacteristically refreshed and relaxed after this short vacation. Usually vacations with 4 kids are more stressful than this! And it is soooo close to town! 10 minutes to pop in for carry-out. Will definitely be back!!

Great location...can fish in the river, explore the property, or make a short drive to Marble Falls. My family didn't want to leave after a week's stay. We'll be back as it was a great experience.

We booked this house in addition the main house on the property for our college ministry retreat and it was great! The beds were comfortable and there was amble room for our group to spread out.
