Rich gets 5 stars. Cobalt house was very clean & furnished with everything we needed. The fenced yard is a plus. Had great fires in the pit at night under the stars. Great location. If any questions, Rich is quick to respond. This was our 2nd visit to this house. Will definitely re-book in the future.

We appreciated the location and accomodations. Vlean, comfortable beds, and a responsive host.

The house was so cute and cozy! The property manager, Rich, was extremely responsive. The location could not have been any better. Close to downtown and only 20 minutes away from Snowbowl. My husband and I stayed here with his 2 brothers, their girlfriends and our dogs- the property was extremely dog friendly with a fenced in yard. Loved the blue appliances in the kitchen. Make sure you bring a sauté pan if you plan to cook (I ended up making scrambled eggs in the only pot available LOL). This property is close to the medical center but really didn’t have any noise issues. Hope to stay at this property again in the future! Thanks, Rich!

We loved the property. Super convenient to everything. Loved having a yard for the dogs. The house was great. Very comfortable. Had everything we needed!! Can’t wait to go again
