Unit was nice and clean. It was just as advertised. The neighborhood was a little iffy. Our neighbors (guests in the unit next door) would smoke in and around their building so the entire entry stairway smelled like cigarettes. Also every night between 10:15 - 11:15 or 11:30, they would start yelling at each other and pounding on their doors. But inside ur unit, it was very clean and nicely furnished. And since the A/C was working so well, we just kept all the doors and windows tightly closed so that none of the smoke and only some of the noise bothered us. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Upland.

Kat was incredibly responsive. Place was super nice and as seen in the pictures. It was minutes away from all the universities and local sites! Must stay! Great hosts!!

Very clean, check was a breeze with security codes. Area looks sketchy but very calm and respectful surrounding neighbors.

Amenities and pics of the rooms were accurate. We could not access the laundry room despite contacting the host about it. Neighbors smoked a lot of marijuana which wafted into the hallway and into the living room of the condo we were in. Lots of outside noise at night. Beds weren’t super comfortable. Would consider adding a Keurig K Cup coffee pot instead of a drip model.
