I think the kitchen was missing a few essential items and the refrigerator needed to be cleaned. Nothing major but it didn’t give the best first impression. Once we settled in, we saw the charm and appreciated that the home was functional. But little details like one tv remote not working, one porch light was out, no 9x13 baking dishes, and the property address not clear on the mailbox kept us from giving this a higher rating. We would stay with this host again since everything else was positive and we did enjoy our stay. But we might ask a few more questions up front to better understand the property amenities.

Great weekend spot simple clean great communicator open for constructive feedback. Were would choose this place again

This house was very cute and very cozy. Shower pressure good. All rooms very clean. Bed comfortable enough for two large-bodied folks. Cute backyard. Kitchen clean. Location good - close enough to Louisville to do whatever you want!

We enjoyed our stay but the cleanliness was questionable. Cleanliness is one reason we stopped using hotels. So it most important to us. Our host was very helpful and always got back quickly.
