Comfy beds, good stocked kitchen. Only draw back for me was the King bed was up some very small winding stairs. Going down to the bathroom in the middle of the night was a bit of a challenge for me. It is off a gravel road, to be expected in the mountains. Other than that the host is amazing. She’s thought about most of the little things. Place was clean. Well stocked. Comfy beds and couches. Thank you.

We loved staying here! The cabin is nestled in such a lovely mountain neighborhood, and the house is oh-so-charming. We appreciated all the extra touches, such as kitchen supplies and nice lighting. We also loved the yard (the swing is incredible!), and the natural elements that surround the property. The stairs to the upstairs might be rather challenging to some folks, especially those who need to use a bathroom in the middle of the night. I can't imagine my elderly parents being able to do so with ease. The downstairs room feels like a true kids' room, which is great if you're young, but leaves something to be desired for real grown ups. Just something to consider. But ultimately, we would absolutely book here again! It's a great find. :)

We had a struggle once we got to the cabin and the host and nearby friendly neighbor both were able to help us out. We loved playing corn hole, making smores, and playing in the creek that runs through the backyard. The AC window units worked great, but they do need to be left on in the summer even when no one is there, so it doesn't take hours to cool down. However, the mountain air was blissful at night and in the morning so it wasn't major. We will definitely be back!

The cabin is very nice, clean and cozy. Perfect location for enjoying the mix of seclusion and just minutes away from so much to do in the Boone area! Definitely recommend for a relaxing and enjoyable retreat!
