Great location at Apple Valley Lake. The cottage was spacious, clean, comfortable and quiet. The management team is great and very responsive. Highly recommended.

This would be a great rental for half what we paid for it. Would not stay again. The property looks like it hasn’t been updated since the 1980s but it is well maintained and mostly clean. The owner provided shampoo, dish detergent, plenty of towels, and the kitchen was pretty well equipped. We did see a couple of cockroaches, which was not pleasant. The pool hours pretty much precluded us from going. We were busy during the day and ready to swim after dinner but the indoor pool closed at 7. We never actually got to use it.For our purposes, this rental was way too expensive for what we got, but it is well managed and well maintained.
