I had extenuating circumstances to my travel plans. The host willing communicated with me about my potential issues regularly leading up to my trip and was willing to help and accommodate with my needs.

This property is perfect for an overnight stay in the falls. Very clean and on a quiet street.
You do have to drive to the Falls though as its a definitely not walking distance (nor does the listing suggest that). Overall, we would absolutely stay here again.

The place is REALLY nice!! Just outside the craziness of Niagara Falls City but close enough that you can walk to the Falls.
The place is nice and clean and rooms are very comfortable
