Loved the property. It was extremely clean and comfy! The kitchen was well stocked, but if you are not a fan of Keurig coffee, hop over to Walmart and grab a cheap drip coffee maker. The maker and the coffee will end up being less expensive than the pods. There is no outdoor seating, though it is listed on the ad, but it really didn't bother us too much. We did not get a chance to visit the pool, but it certainly looked fun! The only issue we had in the neighborhood was a couple of loud mornings due to construction work,(but that's just how new these houses are) AND one night, some teenagers came through the neighborhood banging on doors and letting the air out of residents' tires. The police were called, and they showed up very, very quickly. We never felt unsafe.

Rústico Roost was perfect for our stay over Christmas. The kitchen was very well equipped making it easy to cook a nice meal and store left overs! The house was clean and nicely furnished. The bed was comfortable. Would recommend this place and would stay again!

We enjoyed our stay here. We loved that the neighborhood was a little more removed from the busyness of other areas. We would stay here again. Clean, comfortable and quiet.

We stayed here for the 4th of July weekend and loved it! Great community that was quiet and convenient to get to nearby attractions. House was clean, comfortable and well equipped. We will definitely stay again.
