It was perfect for us. Good location. Kitchen is small but quite ok for our needs.

Apartment is ideally located in Nice. The balcony was brilliant to have and not overshadowed by properties opposite. More attention could be paid to cleanliness - used coffee pods left in machine and old stains on sheets on arrival was disappointing to experience.

Small but nice appartment in good neighbourhoods. Nice balcony but a bit small. The entrance and the staircase up to the second floor is a bit dark, worn down and with a unpleasant smell. Next time we will try to rent something on Rue de France with intention to come a little nearer to the sea and a little nearer the town centre. We give it 3,5 points of maximum 5.

Apartment is very comfortable and has everything needed although the balcony seating needs a refresh. There are several supermarkets nearby and some nice cafes and takeaways.
More comfortable seats on balcony
