The beds were comfy, the hot tub was great. We saw bears on the parking pad the first day. The balconies were lovely. Bring your own coffee.

The convenience to both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg was very nice but we just could not get past the uncleanliness. We reached out to the owner about the uncleanliness and he assured us he would speak to his cleaning team moving forward so I really hope he did! Although listed as dog friendly, it’s on the side of a mountain and there isn’t a lot of flat grassy areas for your dog to use the bathroom. There was black mold in the upstairs bathroom and don’t even get me started on the sheets. This place is beautiful and has the potential to be even better, but these issues have to be fixed!
