When we arrived to check in after the check in time the room still wasn't ready. The lights and ceiling fans in two of the bedrooms were controlled by remotes which weren't working so we could never turn those lights or fans on during the duration of our stay. The last two days of our stay the elevator was broken. We were on the third floor and I had my elderly parents with me who had a really hard time going down and up three flights of stairs. The day of check out we had to lug all our luggage and belongings down three flights of stairs to leave for checkout. I contacted management about all issues and the only reply I got was sorry for the inconvenience. Not having an elevator on the top floor with elderly people was way more than an inconvenience. Oh if you love sitting out on the balcony like we do, there is no roof over it for shade or when it's raining. So we didn't sit out there at all hardly. This place was too expensive for 5 nights to have all these issues. I do not recommend and I will never rent from them again!

Great location. Walked to many shops/restaurants. We had 2 families with teenagers and had plenty of room.

Location for beach is excellent. The condo could use some repairs to tile flooring. Could use some refreshing. Microwave did not work and that is an inconvenience with feeding children. Also, for as long (a week) as we stayed and the amount of us in the condo, 2 rolls per bathroom with extra garbage bags should be a given. For the price of the stay, this should be affordable by the property mngr/owner. The elevator did not work for about three days so being on the third floor, the stairs became a challenge.

The place was in a great location. Walking distance to everything we needed. The pictures made the space seem much bigger. We had 4 kids and 5 adults it was tight when we were up for lunch or getting ready to head out. Our biggest complaint is the cleanliness. The floors were so dirty-not sandy upon arrival-dirty. The place was just dirty. I didn’t call bc we arrived in two groups and we couldn’t vacate for the cleaners to come back in or find another place. The beach area wasn’t crowded like the high rise buildings so that was really nice.
