The Long Hostel

The location is crazy good. Just about 3 mins away. There is also a convenience store less than a minute away. The host were friendly and the vibe is a chill social hostel where everyone greets each other.

The AC is restricted to certain times. This means you going to be boiling in the room, unless you go for a swim in the beach during this time. The hostel had everything, but needs a a lot of maintenance and would have been perfect, such as missing lightbulbs and loose taps. When paying by card, rather than taking the hit, they will add an extra change with their own conversion rate so will end up paying 250rs more than expected. But not much of an effect.

The property is situated right by the main road and very easy to get to. The staff were super friendly. Upgrading the room to an AC room is also possible. Smoking is allowed within the premises. Everything was great. Washroom facilities were also very clean

Pretty basic. No soap. No towels. No toilet roll. Thin sheet only for sleeping & blood on mattress.
