Zensation The Residence Bangkok

We arrived very early in the morning, around 7.00am. The nice lady at the front desk placed us in a secure lounge that had a sofa, AC, and TV, until our room was ready. Our check in time was scheduled for 2.00pm. We settled into the lounge for our long wait. To our surprise, the hotel had us checked into our room by 9.00 am. WE were thrilled. This set the tone for our whole stay. The staff were polite, helpful, informative, and treated us great!! The room was very clean, and very quiet. Two AC units. Location was very good. You will not be disappointed if you choose this hotel!!

The room I was in was like a suite with a separate kitchen with stove, bathroom/closet space and bedroom. Even though there wasn't a view from the windows the room felt private and quiet. The jacuzzi and the steam room on the rooftop was a big plus, along with a nice view of the city.

The bathroom has a built-in hair dryer, but it shut off after about a minute due to overheating. The hotel is a 10-minute walk from BTS St. Louis but it seems really far if you're walking in hot, humid weather with a heavy suitcase.
