My family and I absolutely LOVED the villa from the pool to the rooftop hot tub. The overall modern style of the villa is beautiful and is maintained by the team well, we did not want to go home! There was an added bonus in the villa of use of some pool inflatables which were perfect for our group plus a games console and more. The villa has 2 ground floor bedrooms, one with an en suite and another full bathroom next door to the other bedroom-perfect for those of our party with limited mobility and also if you want use of a bathroom without needing to share. Upstairs there were a further 2 bedrooms both with their own en suites and views of the mountains/sea. Highlight for me: watching the sunrise/set from my bedroom terrace (or sometimes laid in bed) or on the rooftop in the hot tub. Stunning.

There isn’t anything we disliked as we knew what to expect however be prepared that there isn’t anything shop or bar wise that is within an easy walk as the villa is situated in a residential area which is uphill so a walk to a shop can be a lot in the heat. We organised a supermarket (Mercadona) delivery for our check in day so this didn’t bother us too much and I would recommend anybody else to do the same in advance of arrival. We also booked uber taxis for a day out in Benidorm old town which was 35euros per taxi, a little more than we thought it would be but worth it. Next time I think we would call the taxi service recommended on the villa’s welcome board hopefully for a better rate if possible. It would be good if more sun loungers and outside table chairs can be added so 8 people can enjoy at the same time (this wasn’t an issue for us as a group of 6 this year but we hope to return with more family next year) but other than that the villa provided EVERYTHING we could have needed and more.

It was gorgeous! Lovely size and had everything you needed. Staff were excellent too, pool filter wasn’t working so had no pool for the day but the gentleman got it fixed straight away! You can’t fault him or his customer care 10/10. I would recommend this property to everyone!

The pool area was a little dirty - for the price you pay think it needs a little tlc. Tiles had green mould and pool had a lot of cracked tiles. But nothing that can’t be fixed as property is amazing.

The view was amazing !thought of everything from pool toys to coffee pods air con was amazing

The distance into town or the shop no facilities in walking distance. Pool has tiles missing that cut out daughters toe also hot tub hadn’t been cleaned for a long time as had green algae in it and on the inside

The property is almost brand new. Everything was clean, comfortable and well presented. The outside areas were well designed for a group/ family holiday. We contacted the owner/ contact number twice and they were keen to help.

The estate is an unfinished building site. The villa behind had a tower crane overhead, and the builders could look into one of the bedrooms as well as overlooking the hot tub. Building noise began before 9am each day. We were not given a warning in advance of our stay, but you are now aware! The pool was poorly heated and we had several visits from pool men to sort this out, including when the water turned green and cloudy. Only on the last day was the water temperature pleasant. The hot tub filter “ had been dirty for some time” according to the hot tub operative who visited. The hot tub was turned off on arrival and we had to search for the master switch as no instructions were provided ( eventually located in an under stairs cupboard). The BBQ did not have any gas to enable us to use it when we wanted to. We think the owner should provide an instruction manual to assist renters with basic information such as what to do with garbage, and how to turn on the cooker hob ( it was not obvious!). We have had apologies for some of the above inconveniences, but a refund would have been better.
