accommodation was very clean and spacious with everything crockery utensils bedding etc spotless nice quiet site

the main thing being parking spaces for visitors we were lucky to be told were to park in the height of the season I would imagine that parking would be a problem as spaces were very limited also on check in day we wasn't informed that there would be groundworks being done on site laying cables in and around the site during the whole of our stay also the contractors crushed a power cable meaning power was lost to our accommodation lasting several hours

I like it on the site near to every thing

Nothing

Caravan was very clean and fresh, had everything we need. great location.

The steps into the caravan were a bit wobbly and had no hand rail.

The location of the caravan site in Ingoldmells was ok. However the positioning of the caravan allocated to us wasn't.

Areas around the caravan, scrap materials had been left and it looked like a builders yard. The decking needed a jetwash to remove the green grass and hedge cuttings attached to the surfaces. Inside the caravan There was a foul smell in one of the toilets during all of our stay, which was reported. The inside of the caravan was clean but very basic. - No chairs or table on the decking - No coffee table, or stools for the dressing tables in the bedrooms. - No bedside lamps - No cleaning products provided, luckily we had brought our own. - Only two electric plug sockets in the kitchen.
