excellent location, nicely appointed, very clean and well maintained. The check in process was very straight forward and easy, the only thing that I had to wait half an hour while they finished cleaning. (arrived 5.15pm). Not a big deal though. The apartment is very nice which is the main thing.
The apartment would benefit from having a small table and two chairs for using at breakfast or for working. It was very uncomfortable sitting on the one wooden stool that they provided at the breakfast counter. It was missing screws and I had to buy some gaffa tape to stop it from disintegrating.

The location of the property is great. The fact that it has two bedrooms and bathrooms was also a good feature, and it has a lot of windows and light. The building itself has great facilities.
The apartment was not very clean. Floors were sticky. The furniture is very worn down and much more beautiful in the photos than in real life. Property manager was irresponsive during the stay, communication was a bit flawed from the beginning.
