Excellent location for exploring Winchester. Host was super friendly with and excellent breakfast. It was like staying in a museum, which suited us as we like old properties.
The taps in the shared bathroom were dripping.

Nice location, walking distance to main area and train station. Excellent English breakfast.
Property and especially the yard needs some upkeeping. Sofa in the bedroom needs repairing. A lot of interesting stuff inside but too much making it very cluttered.

Unique and absolutely a one off experience. Wonderful to have the opportunity to stay at a 200 year old house.

A special place, a living small museum with a very gentle intelligent host. The whole experience is old-fashioned, the most funny breakfast in years...
The place is great but the lovely host needs a cleaning lady (and I don't mean it in a bad way... a little less dust would sparkle the event of being in that unique setting).
