The hotel has a very nice setting, next to the river Eure. There is a nice terrace where you can also dine in the evening! There is a good restaurant with a choice between two menus!
There was no room service, unless we asked for it

The staff were very friendly and helpful and we a good meal in the restaurant. It’s very nice to sit out by the river and most of all, we asked for a quiet room and were given one. We enjoyed our two nights very much and would go back again if staying in the area.

The breakfast was nice. The location was good - next to the river and handy for the town (which is quite pleasant).
We thought a 4* rating for this hotel was misleading. It would do better to rebrand itself as a 3*. The decor and quality of the fittings was average. There was no shortage of staff but it felt a bit chaotic in the restaurant with people running back and forth. The food was nothing special.
