I travel a lot and this hotel and staff are the best!!! EVERYONE we came into contact with, from the adjacent parking garage, to reception, to breakfast today were so welcoming and helpful!!!
The breakfast was the best I’ve seen in a long time. Real, fresh fruit. Lots of options and clean. The gentleman manager was so welcoming.
The entire staff seemed to authentically care and that’s unheard of these days in our experience and in a city that can be intimidating.
My 21 year old son and I stayed for a medical visit to the Jefferson Medical Hospital. Walkable and convenient to the hospital and tourist areas. We would without question stay here again.

Ina busy big city finding and the entrance was challenging but one inside the front desk welcomed us and was friendly, informative and helpful.
Our room was clean and well appointed. The location was great for exploring the historical sites we came for. The breakfast was typical holiday inn buffet but good. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place to others.
