We had a lovely stay at this beautiful cottage, has everything you need, very quiet and relaxing, hot tub and games room are great, we only left the cottage for a few essentials then back to relax, would definitely recommend this place.

Had a fab holiday at West Lanegate, the house is very comfortable, cosy & beautifully presented. It has everything that you could possibly need for a relaxing holiday. We loved the hot tub & games room, ideal for spending an evening. Only 5 minutes from Dumfries if you need shops. Would definitely love to return next year.

We had the most amazing stay at the farmhouse. It was clean and comfortable and had everything you needed and more. The games room was a highlight for our family and we spent every night in there. The hot tub was great too and with it being remote, you could see the stars so clearly. Nicola was amazing from start to finish and we can't wait to come back and stay again.

Fantastic place. family had the best weekend at this farm cottage. Was really relaxing and immaculately clean. Host wasn't one to intrude but made me aware she was around had we needed assistance with anything at all, had a lovely welcome pack of fresh breakfast ingredients from a local butcher on arrival which was a lovely surprise. My older teenagers loved the games room and hot tub and the toddler enjoyed the use of the back garden and visit to the forest of Ae. Would certainly return here and recommend it. Such a beautiful home.
