Great property! The host was always prompt with my questions. The pool was perfect after a long day at Disney World! The only down side it the check in to the resort, the security team getting the cars checked in and getting parking passes is about painfully slow and un orginazed, but once thats done everything is absolutly perfect!

Although his was not our first Spring Break spent in Florida, it was out first time at Windsor Island Resort! The house was just what we needed for our group of 11 and we even had more space than we needed! We weren’t expecting there to be so many pool toys for the kids to play with so that was a huge bonus! The check-in/out process was simple and made it very easy!

The house was beautiful. It was fully stocked for travelers with kitchen supplies, pool toys, beach towels and initial bathroom supplies. We were thankful for the speaker as well. The hosts were quick to respond to any questions. We will absolutely be back!!

Cleaning was superficial. Inside premises could have been cleaner. Bed spreads needed washing. Premises did not have a mop.
