This was our second stay. Great location and lots of different dining options within a very short walk. Tube station is practically next door. It’s also quiet. Apartment has everything you need (except a clothes dryer, though there are lots of drying racks!). Pick this place and enjoy feeling like a local.

Wonderful place for visiting London. We stayed 8 nights, and felt 'like locals'. Location is amazing. Apt was very clean, uncluttered, welcoming! Very comfortable bed. Very quiet at night ... altho pub across street was closed for renovations. Washing machine was a little noisy, and racks needed for drying , but this small amenity was so nice for an extended stay. Loved this place, and plan to book again for future visits.

We stayed in this lovely apartment for an entire month and enjoyed it very much. The neighborhood provides numerous pubs, restaurants and convenience stores within a few minutes walk. Downstairs is a French bakery that sends the scent of freshly baked croissants your way every morning! The St. James tube station is two minutes away; you can get anywhere in London very easily. There is also a bus stop and several cab stands in the area. We began to feel like locals, frequenting all the nearby places for drinks, dinner and lunch. The washing machine is a bonus, and all the other amenities were provided, including detergent, shampoo, conditioner and lotion. Also cookies, fruit and chocolates. Finally, Sam, our host, was very responsive to our inquiries and always got back to us quickly. We would not hesitate to recommend this property.

Apartment was clean and well appointed. Bathroon clean with good water pressure. Bed comfortable with nice pillows. Fantastic location, 2 min walk to St James Park, 5 min to Buckingham, Westminster and Big Ben, 5 min to West End theatres and restaurants. We would stay here again.
