The property was very clean and the location was convenient to the town. We were surprised to find the bed was a Murphy bed but we had sufficient space around it when it was lowered. We will likely attempt to book the property again when we return to visit relatives.

Pros- good location 5 minutes from Granby ranch, easy parking, clean unit, quick responses from owners, reasonably priced
Cons- thin walls and noisy even with earplugs at night, 2nd bed a fold down couch which was lumpy and not comfortable, small. A studio and not a one bedroom.
Overall a decent place for 2 people
