Lucy provided very helpful information about the neighbourhood - restaurants, grocery stores, and cafes that was very much appreciated, as was her complimentary laundry service. She texted to make sure everything was all right and offered any help that we might need. All this made for a very enjoyable stay.

It’s a great location for visiting our kid at UBC.

The beds are pretty bad. Very uncomfortable for both of us. Windows need improvement the hardly open. The stairs in the rain are slick going down to the step down entry door. Hit my head on the frame. Overall it felt like an ikea remodeled utility basement that needed to be fully finished. Great location but felt like a flip basement. It since job and was very clean. Great water pressure.
