We've stayed at the Westgate resort before so we knew it would be great. Booking it through Park City Lodging was a much better price and we still got to enjoy all of the amenities offered by the Westgate for its guests. There was a hiccup with the check-in process in that Park City Lodging had not entered our information into the Westgate system so they initially could not check us in. However, there was a person on call at Park City Lodging who was able to work with the Westgate staff to resolve the issue very quickly.
We also need to give a huge shout out to the cleaning crew who retrieved an iPad that we left behind on check-out and got it to property management office who sent it to us FedEx. Huge thanks for that!
We will certainly try to book through Park City Lodging the next time we are looking to stay at the Westgate.
