For our purposes the location was great and easy to navigate to any of the areas of Edmonton that we frequented .The condo is a well designed open and bright space. Despite the number of units in the building and occupancy it is very quiet. The beds and bedding are comfortable. For a short term stay the kitchen would be adequate; however, for the length of time we were there the provisions for meal prep and clean up were minimal compared to other VRBOs we have experienced.Wifi and ROKU worked great.We found the sofa very uncomfortable and in need of maintenance, as well as the ottoman - the legs are mostly all loose on both pieces of furniture. The condo is very clean other than the 2 area rugs, Definitely some maintenance issues that are in need of attention that don’t affect the overall use.Easy check in and out. Hosts quick to communicate.bFor anyone with any mobility issues the tub has high sides and nothing to stabilize oneself when getting in or out of it. Water pressure and heat control was good with a great shower head.

The unit was very clean and so comfortable. We really appreciated the great communication from the host. The underground parking was so awesome during the snowy weather when we stayed. Would definitely stay again!
