Excellent property minutes away from the beach. The host is very well organized - just remember to read the provided instructions. Spacious and well-located. One of the bathroom drains was a little slow and the soaps they provided were small, but those are the only critiques I could think of.

Okay, long walk to beach. Adequately furnished and clean.Had a few issues but were handled. Needs a little TLC, but mostly due to age. Way too many emails, ridiculous.

Stay Better Vacations (host) was excellent. Unit is a little dated. Parking a nightmare due to construction eliminating our units space (why construction for this while in-season??????) Elevator slow, hot, and smelly. Walk to beach impossible with beach cart— way too many stairs.

The condo was clean, the furniture and beds comfortable, and the proximity to the beach was very nice. The condo was not high enough to see the water though. The view is blocked by woods. After completing my booking, I was quite irritated by the number of marketing messages I received, disguised by "The owner has answered your question" subject lines. I wanted to make sure I was not missing anything important. But when I clicked the links and signed in, more often than not, I saw an "act now to receive x% off of your beach chair rentals!" Super annoying. As for the condo itself, it and the whole building were built to the lowest possible standards. The kitchen was super small and cramped, as were the bathrooms. It has cheap/flimsy doors, popcorn ceiling, low ceilings (very low in the kitchen and bathrooms), and annoyingly a structural column is poorly placed between the kitchen and living area. The listing pictures were taken at angles that disguise the column placement. For over 1000/night, I expected better.
