Newly renovated lakeside 3 bedroom home that sleeps 10 is in the perfect spot! It's a short walk from Embden Pond, one of the top 3 clearest, cleanest deep spring fed lakes in Maine! Breathtaking views of mountains with a sandy beach only a 2 minute walk away and a boat launch steps away. Hiking and snowmobile trails directly behind you, and only a 40 minute drive to Sugarloaf Ski Resort.

House was in great shape, heat worked great, kitchen was fully stocked and the snow mobile trails are right behind the house which was great. There is no hair dryer, that’s the only negative.

Everything was great and as expected. This was our third time staying there. The only issue was that something had leaked under the kitchen sink before we got there. Look forward to next year.

We had set up for three adults one child and a dog, then we found out that we could not bring our dog. Fortunately we had a back up. The fridge was dirty the air conditioning did not work in any room. The stairs had carpets that are dangerous and not attached to the stairs properly. None of the outlets had child coverings. The vacuum was full and disgusting. The house is charming and the kayaks had life jackets available.
