This is our second stay in this Condo. The room was clean and we had a great stay. Marie was very helpful and responsive when we had to delay our arrival due to a flight change. We highly recommend this Condo.

Property was wonderful. Owner was super responsive. Front desk folks were rude and not helpful at all. No room service after 5 days There was a 360 fee to park for the 6 days that we were not prepared for but would definitely stay again.

The unit was nice yet be prepared that your balcony faces the loud road. Plus parking is expensive as well as hotel fees. Read thoroughly before you book. Great location to beach but the extra 600 I did not count on spoiled it some

The location is great as far as food and exploring goes. It's close to the beach and all the seafood you can eat! However.... 1. I was charged extra for checking in early and that was not mentioned when I inquired if that could be done with the owner of the unit. They simply said "you can check in early." 2. The check in process and what access I had at the unit was very confusing- I never was sent check in instructions and had to frequently research when I wanted to be relaxing. 3. The unit was NOT clean AT ALL. The owner let me know I should have reached out to the hotel to have them clean it- however it should have been clean when I arrived. I ended up wiping walls, sweeping, and scrubbing the shower to ensure where I stayed was taken care of. The cleaning fee should be reimbursed.
