New building! These 4 flats have a shared pool in a secure building. Free WiFi. These wonderful flats are located next to the Joanic metro station, in the popular Gracia district, close to the Sagrada Familia, Passeig de Gracia and with excellent connections to the city's main attractions.
Our flats in Barcelona are located in the best areas of the city, very close to the best clinics and universities, including
Clinics and hospitals: Clínica Barraquer, Clínica Planas, Centro Médico Teknon, Clínica Dexeus, Hospital Quirón, Clínica Sagrada Familia, Hospital Vall d'Hebrón, Clínica IMO and Hospital San Pablo.

✅ Please note the following important information before booking:

- The Property Manager will send you a 30% link to make the first payment (We do not accept American Express Card).

- The remaining 70% must be paid by bank transfer must be received alleast 3 days before check-in or in cash at the time of check-in.

- A security deposit will be collected by credit/debit card upon check-in at our office or by Online Link. We will process the refund of the deposit within 14 business days.

- Travel cot/Travel cot:
Price: 20.00 EUR / Day / Item. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it.

-Arrival after hours:

- Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday to Sunday at our office "Carrer de Hercegovina, 1 LOCAL 08021 Barcelona". Outside these hours we will charge €50 in cash as late check-in
- The Tourist Tax in Barcelona will be applied.

- Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.

- Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €400 (in addition to the police fine).
