Reviewer Comments:
We were in town for a softball tournament. The home was centrally located to all the fields. The property was exactly as described. It was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked and the open layout made it easy to gather our large group. The property manager was easy to communicate with and replied quickly to our questions. Sand Cove Villa worked perfectly for our group! I would highly recommend this property and we look forward to returning.

Well-appointed and roomy! We really enjoyed having the pickleball court onsite. Accessible to town, Zion, and Kolob Canyons. The room arrangements were perfect for our group.

What an amazing experience The Ledges provided us. From taking care of all the golfing accommodations, to the unbelievable house, amazing staff who kindly stocked the house with groceries, helping coordinate out shuttle service, this was truly a 5 star experience in every way. Thank you so much to the entire team for an unforgettable trip!
