Our stay was wonderful. Everything you could need for a successful vacation was provided and the house was beautiful. The 2 docks were great for fishing and the view from the large living room windows was fantastic. Only 13 min from topsail beach. Riverview Cafe however not very good so I would suggest going elsewhere for a good seafood dinner.

My husband and I stayed here for Labor Day. Our daughter is 8 months old, so this was her first beach trip. The house is beautifully updated with high end finishes. We loved watching the boats go in and out of the marina. We also saw so many birds. We didn’t fish, but we saw lots of fish jumping in the water. Our 2 pups joined us and they enjoyed the ample yard space. Host was quickly responsive to questions. We had an amazing stay. I just can't say enough about this beautiful house and property. We went to Topsail one day, a very short drive. Thank you Stephen for a memorable trip!

My daughter, son in law and two of my stepsons and their wives spent a long weekend in Sneads Ferry to meet with some of my late husband’s Recon Marine friends and spread his ashes. The house was a perfect place for us to relax together. We loved the views and enjoyed the pie and fresh eggs left for us by the host. The house was well stocked with anything we needed and it was a bonus that it was so close to one of the gates for Lejeune. I highly recommend this beautiful home.

This house is beautiful! The property is large and peaceful. It’s even better if you have a boat. Absolutely relaxing, and thoroughly enjoyable!! We loved our visit here and will definitely be back!!
