Absolutely fantastic stay in Newport at this beautiful, modern and cozy, spacious cottage/house that we didn't want to leave!Awesome inside and out (backyard is huge and hot tub and hammock are great).Easy 5 minute drive into Newport town and centrally located to have short drive to all spots and must sees on the island.

This is a beautiful property! There is a huge backyard and wonderful patio area with plenty of seating. The house itself was perfect for us. There was a ton of room and the layout was perfect for the 6 of us. My elderly parents stayed with us and were able to move around comfortably. Our daughters stayed upstairs with their own bathroom and plenty of space. Everyone loved the skylight in the upstairs shower. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you will need. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood. It is about a 10 minute drive to Newport depending on the traffic. We loved staying here!

Perfect home for a stay in Newport/Middleton! Convenient, clean, and very roomy.Linens were especially nice!

Clean, thoughtful modern furnishings, new appliances, well stocked kitchen. Comfy beds and pillows. Amazing yard!! Great space for family or multi-adult vacation.
