1-nice and quiet location
2- the staff are friendly and helpful
3-the breakfast was good
4- the view of the lake and the park were amazing
5- the room cleaned and the beds are comfortable
1- I ordered diner from the restaurant it took more than 1.5 hours to deliver in my room and it was cold dishes and not cocked well and the taste was not good
2- although it was not issue for me, but it is far from the city, and the transportation take time to reach you better to have your own car

Nice location next to a reservoir, and not too far from the city center by car. Clearly catered towards families.
Doesn’t really feel like a 5* hotel. Cheap materials, poor architecture and interior design, messy layouts of rooms snd facilities. The surrounding needs some cleanup - rusty metal is not what you want to have as your ‘sea view’.
